Two more international Climbing events are going to be contested in Spain and Saudi Arabia.
The IFSC World Cup in Seoul, South Korea, will not be the last international Climbing event of 2024. More action is expected to take place in October and November, with two exciting events set to take place in Madrid, Spain, and NEOM, Saudi Arabia.
From 19 to 20 October, a new, exciting Speed format will be tested in Madrid, where a four-lane Speed wall is going to be installed at the Explanada Puente de Rey, a pedestrian walkway that offers a stunning view of the city and runs alongside the banks of the Manzanares River. The venue will host an individual event where four climbers will race against each other at the same time.
The two days of competition will also include a Spanish Speed Cup and an individual Speed competition on two lanes.

The event will be part of the NEOM Beach Games 2024, a multi-sport event also including beach soccer, mountain biking, open water swimming, triathlon, and 3X3 basketball.
Speed qualifications, Boulder semi-finals, and Boulder finals will be live streamed on the IFSC YouTube channel.
News and updates about all IFSC events will be available on the IFSC website, and on the Federation’s digital channels: Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and exclusively for the Chinese audience, Douyin and Weibo.
