My motivation to run for the IFSC Board is the further development and strengthening of Sport Climbing on all continents (organization of competitions, education officials, support of athletes) through strategic leadership based on good teamwork at eye level and supported by a broad majority of our members. Good communication, transparency with regard to all decisions and genuine involvement of the member Federations are prerequisites for this.
