“Since 2007, EP has been by our side every step of the way, contributing significantly to the success of our competitions,” said IFSC President Marco Scolaris.
The International Federation of Sport Climbing (IFSC) is pleased to announce the extension of its partnership with EP Climbing, the global leading company in the production of Climbing walls.
Since the IFSC was founded in 2007, EP has been side by side in partnership with the Federation, and the collaboration will be further strengthened with the new four-year extension, from 2025 to 2028.
The IFSC and EP Climbing have experienced an extraordinary journey of growth, contributing to the global development of Climbing. EP has played a key role in some of the sport’s most significant milestones, supplying competition and training walls for the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024, and solidifying its role as an IFSC Partner with the success of international events in several, iconic locations and countries.
IFSC President Marco Scolaris commented: “We are glad to renew our partnership with EP Climbing, a partner with whom we share a vision of making Climbing ever more accessible and innovative.
“Since 2007, EP has been by our side every step of the way, contributing significantly to the success of our competitions, including the most prestigious stage, such as the Olympic Games. This renewal not only confirms our strong relationship, but also represents our shared commitment to looking ahead and continuing to grow our sport on a global scale.”
Olivier Esteves, CEO of ABEO, said: “EP Climbing has had the privilege of growing alongside the IFSC and supporting its athletes on the world’s biggest stages. We’re excited to enter another four-year cycle, continuing to support Climbing with our products and commitment to the global community.”
IFSC and EP Climbing will keep working hand in hand to ensure that, for the next Olympic cycle, Climbing competitions continue to offer the highest levels of quality, safety, and excitement, supporting athletes, local organisers, and fans.
